Manage User Permissions

AthleteOne allows you to grant a specific user Permission to each of the users of your account. You will need to select a Permission for each user that you invite to access your account. You can change each user's Permission as needed.

User Permissions

The specific Permission that you assign to each user determines the level of access that user has to your account. Below is a description of each of the user Permissions in AthleteOne and the level of access each one provides.

Account Owner - This permission is automatically assigned to the user that creates the account. This user has full access to view and edit all account information and cannot be changed or removed from the account. The Account Owner permission cannot be assigned to other users of the account.

Admin - A user with Admin permission can view and edit all of the information in the account. It's like giving the Account Owner permission to another user.

Coach - All Athletes - This permission allows the user to view and edit all athletes and associated athlete information in the account whether or not that user is the athlete's assigned Coach. Associated athlete information includes the Tasks, Notes, Files, Invoices, etc. related to a specific athlete.

Coach - Assigned Athletes - This permission allows a user to view and edit only athletes and associated athlete information in the account for which he/she is the assigned Coach. Associated athlete information includes the Tasks, Notes, Files, Invoices, etc. related to a specific athlete.
